How to use

Step01
Reservation
Of course, you can come directly to the store and make a reservation by phone on the day, but depending on the time of year, we may not be able to meet your request, so it is recommended to make a reservation in advance.
※For online reservations, please call the store at least 2 days in advance, and for reservations the day before, please check availability.

Step02
Visit / Reception
Just bring yourself. (We have all the necessary accessories)
We also accept large luggage such as your carry case, so please contact us in that case. If you don't know the location of the store, please feel free to call us. -
Step03
Please choose a kimono
You can choose your favorite kimono, obi, and accessories according to your reservation plan.

Step04
Dressing
In separate rooms for men and women, professional staff will help you change from underwear (underwear for kimono) to obi. It takes about 10 minutes to change into a nice kimono ♪

Step05
Hair set and makeup
For those who wish to have an optional hair set or make-up, a professional stylist will do the hair make-up. Flower hair accessories can be rented for those who do not wish to have a hair set ♪

Step06
Enjoy going out!
When you're ready, head to the city of Kyoto!!
We will also introduce tourist attractions around Keit and Kyoto tour spots recommended by the staff, so please feel free to contact us. -
Step07
Return
Please return to our shop around 5:00 pm on the day and return it.
If the return time is affected by traffic conditions, please contact us by phone.

About rental period
From 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on the day of rental (closed at 6:00 pm)

For those who do not change clothes
The inside of the store is a place for customers to experience kimono.
If you are a fellow who does not change clothes, please check the end time in advance and return to that time.
Sit-in, smoking, and littering of garbage are strictly prohibited around the store.
Please use our store after giving consideration to the town and neighboring stores and observing manners.
To pregnant customers
Please refrain from dressing pregnant women in consideration of the health of the mother and the impact and safety on the important baby.
- If you have unavoidable reasons and would like to dress up, please contact us by phone.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any troubles that may occur after dressing or after experiencing kimono rental without letting you know in advance that you are pregnant.
About makeup repair and hair set
If you want to make up or set your own hair, please do so before you come to the store.
The use of the make-up table in the store is exclusively for customers using the optional plan.
Please refrain from using the in-store make-up table as it may cause inconvenience to customers using the option plan. In addition, we do not rent hairpins, curling irons, etc. for hygienic reasons based on the Beauty Law and for the safety of our customers, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
About cancellation of reservation(Group of 10 people or less)
For cancellations in groups of 10 people or less, please be sure to contact us by phone or email by 6:00 pm the day before.

Please note that cancellations on the day will be charged 100% as a cancellation fee for the reservation plan.
About cancellation of reservation(Group of 10 people or more)
For cancellations in groups of 10 or more, please be sure to contact us by phone at least 3 days in advance.
If the cancellation period has expired, or if the number of reservations decreases due to partial cancellation on the day for group reservations of 10 or more people, 100% will be charged as a cancellation fee for the reservation plan.
About change of reservation time
If you change the reservation time on the day of your visit due to traffic conditions, please contact us by phone.
Please note that if you arrive late for the reservation time, we will give priority to customers who make reservations later, and the order may change.
Regarding reservations for spring, autumn, and new year
Please note that for peak season reservations, depending on the congestion in the store, there may be some waiting time for dressing regardless of the time you wish to make a reservation.
For dates that are expected to be crowded, such as during consecutive holidays, the reservation email is only a guide for the customer's arrival time and does not confirm the reservation time.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that many customers can use the kimono rental experience with their cooperation.
About baggage
The bags and carry cases you bring will be stored in the store.
In addition, when you come to the store, we will put the clothes in a special bag after dressing and keep them in the store. However, please bring your own valuables and manage them.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables in the store.

We accept cash, credit card and electronic money payments. For groups of 10 people or more, payment by wire transfer is also possible.

About dirt and damage of rental items
When returning the rental item, if it is confirmed that it is dirty or damaged more than it is worn due to normal use and repair or cleaning is required, you will be required to pay the actual cost.
