About reservation
- Can I go directly to the store and rent it without making a reservation?
- Even if you come to the store on the day, you are welcome. Please note that if there are customers who have made a reservation when visiting the store, the customers who have made a reservation will be given priority in dressing.
However, we would appreciate it if you could make a reservation in advance for groups and tourist seasons (March / April / November / December / New Year 3rd). - I would like to wear the kimono listed on the homepage. Can I make a reservation?
- We do not accept kimono reserves in advance.
Please come to the store on the day and choose your favorite kimono from the many kimonos available for each plan. - How do I pay?
- Please pay when making an online reservation or before departure on the day of your visit. Advance bank transfer, cash or credit card payment is available.
- Can I change the reserved plan at the shop on the day?
- You can change the plan or add options even on the day. Please contact us in advance for groups of 10 or more.
- How can I change or cancel the reservation date and time?

If you would like to change or cancel the date and time, please contact us by phone or email by 6:00 pm the day before.
【For 10 people or more per group】
If you would like to change or cancel the date and time, please contact us by phone at least 3 days in advance.- If the cancellation period has expired, or if the number of reservations decreases due to partial cancellation on the day for group reservations of 10 or more people, 100% will be charged as a cancellation fee for the reservation plan.
About belongings
- Is it okay if I don't bring anything on the day?
- We have a complete set of basic kimono, special underwear, sandals, bags, etc. This is included in the rental fee, so please feel free to come empty-handed.
- In cold weather, you can protect yourself from the cold by bringing special underwear such as HEATTECH, gloves, and leggings.
- Can you keep my clothes and large luggage?
- Clothes other than valuables and bags / carry cases will be kept in the store.
- We will put your clothes in a special bag and keep them in the store.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables at the store, so be sure to bring them with you.
- Please tell me what to bring on a hot day and what to bring on a cold day.

【Summer】
As a measure against heat stroke, we recommend that you bring a parasol or folding fan.- We do not offer rentals such as parasols and folding fans.
Underwear may show through from the kimono, so please wear underwear or innerwear that suits your skin.
As a measure against the cold, we recommend heat tech with an open neck, long-sleeved inners made of warm materials, and leggings and spats.- Tights and stockings are not recommended as they make it difficult to wear sandals.
- Shawls and haori are available for rental.(Included in plan price)
- We do not offer rentals such as parasols and folding fans.
About rental and dressing
- Do you have a kimono for children?
- Various sizes are available from 3 to 12 years old.
- Do you have a large size kimono?
- We can prepare it. If you contact us by phone in advance about your desired size, we will prepare it by the time you come to the store.
- Can I wear the kimono and hair accessories I brought?
- It is possible.
If you have any favorite accessories such as hair accessories, please bring them with you.
If you bring your own kimono, we will charge you the dressing fee. Please note that the hair set fee will be different if you bring your own clothes.-

【Bring-in dressing】
- I'm pregnant, can I experience it?
- Please refrain from dressing pregnant women in consideration of the health of the mother and the impact and safety on the important baby.
- If you have unavoidable reasons and would like to dress up, please contact us by phone.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any troubles that may occur after dressing or after experiencing kimono rental without letting you know in advance that you are pregnant.
- What should I do if my kimono gets dirty?
- If there are large stains or stains other than the wear caused by normal use, do not rub or wash with water, but contact us by phone.(Depending on the kimono, the fabric may be damaged.)
In some cases, you may be required to pay a repair fee or a cleaning fee, so please be careful when handling rental items. - Can I request how to tie an obi and hairstyle?
- If you wish, please feel free to ask the dressing staff about how to tie the obi.
For optional hairstyles(Per person from JPY 1,500 (Tax icluded)), please select from the in-store hair set catalog.
Requests for your desired hairstyle can also be made with 【Free arrangement hair set from JPY 5,500 (Tax icluded)】. - Do you sell kimono, yukata and accessories?

Please look for the item you want at the sales corner that is different from the rental item. Please be assured that we also have accessories for sale that you will need when you bring your own items.
